About the Event

Thinking of getting back to exercise and increasing your health and fitness through walking in the outdoors?

Nordic Walking is a specific technique that promises to deliver a more effective way of walking burning more calories and using more muscles, than walking without poles. The poles are specially designed for Nordic Walking. Using poles also reduces the stress on joints.

The course is delivered by a qualified, approachable and motivated Nordic Walking and Fitness Instructor, who will motivate you all the way!
