Have you let your fitness slip? Thinking of getting back to exercise? Do you what an activity that delivers an all body work out, with out going to the gym? Nordic Walking is the answer especially if you enjoy the outdoors.
Nordic Walking is a specific technique that promises to deliver a more effective way of walking burning more calories and using more muscles, than walking without poles. The poles are specially designed for Nordic Walking. Using poles also reduces the stress on joints.
The course is delivered by an experienced, qualified, approachable and motivated Nordic Walking and Fitness Instructor, who will look after you and motivate you all the way!
This is a 3 week course, you choose 3 of the above dates to suit you. All levels of fitness catered for.
After the course you will have good, basic technique and feel fitter. You will also be eligible to join several of our weekly Nordic Walking sessions and other walking events, so you can continue developing your health and fitness,meet new friends and further develop your Nordic Walking skills.
