This session will be all about how to get round corners and berms and learning or enhancing the manual drop off.

Week 3: 2nd Dec - Power assist wheel or wheelies, trail flow and bunny hops/jumps

This session will introduce the principle of trail flow and how to maintain speed safely and efficiently on the trail. We will also look at getting the front wheel off the ground using the peddles and introduce bunny hops and jumps.

Week 4: 9 Dec - Assessment of skills

We will set up all the same skills course as session one and reassess skills to measure performance. Feedback will be give to riders and parents with advice on the areas of development and next stage of progression.
