About the Experience

Sunrise SUP & Island Yoga Experience – Fitness training on the water in a serene outdoor setting.

Connect with Nature and enjoy the physical & mental benefits of yoga in the outdoors. The Basics of SUP will be covered in each class. The aim of each session is to paddle to an island and perform a yoga flow to maximise your connection with the outdoors. Enjoy a light breakfast / lunch on the island before returning to shore.

Sunrise SUP & Island Yoga Experience

Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a form of slow adventure. Therefore, it is the perfect way to switch off from the stresses of every day life. Furthermore, it helps with balance, agility and fitness. When paired with Yoga, it becomes an experiential health & fitness package perfect for holiday makers & locals alike.

During Summer Months – July-Sept we offer Sunrise SUP & Island Yoga. During Spring & Autumn the events are generally run around midday.
