About the Experience

Join Rock and Ride Outdoors for two days of Skills Coaching, Guiding and Maintenance Learning which will push your mountain biking to the next level. Ian Bailey, Ireland's most qualified bike tutor will take you on some incredible trails and teach you the abilities which will mean you never have to get off and push again.

The two day course covers all aspects of the core basic biking skills and then puts them into practical use on the trails. Ian uses a variety of coaching and teaching techniques to get you looking at biking in a new way. It is designed to transform novices and beginners into competent intermediate standard riders. If you currently shy away from red grade trails then Ian will have you hitting them with confidence and style inside just two days.

If you are already pretty proficient on a mountain bike then have a look at our intermediate skills courses to really take your biking to the next level.

The course also teaches you how to deal with the mechanical issues which cause 99% of bike problems so you'll never have to walk back from a ride again.

Is it cheating? Not at all! It's just a quick and guaranteed way to make your future mountain biking more enjoyable whilst showing you some killer trails and getting you safely riding sections you never thought you would.

Courses throughout the year, contact us for details.
