Join Ian at Rock and Ride Outdoors for a half day of skills coaching which will rapidly push your mountain biking to the next level. Ian Bailey, Ireland's most qualified bike tutor will take you on some incredible trails and teach you the techniques which will mean you never have to get off and push again.
The half day course covers all aspects of the core basic biking skills and then puts them into practical use on the trails. Ian uses a variety of coaching and teaching techniques to get you looking at biking in a new way. This session is designed to transform novices and beginners into competent intermediate standard riders. If you currently shy away from red grade trails then Ian will have you hitting them with confidence and style in no time at all.
Is it cheating? Not at all! After all, people happily pay for ski instruction and they may only hit the slopes once every few years! It's just a quick and guaranteed way to make your future mountain biking more enjoyable whilst showing you some killer trails and getting you safely riding sections you never thought you would.
We make no apologies for charging a little more than others, Ian is the most highly qualified and sought after coach around, regularly coaching and developing training courses for Cycling Ireland, the National Governing Body for Cycling and Mountain Biking.
Courses run throughout the year, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
